Word Options – Macro Setting – “Disable all macros without notification”

There are 4 different ways to submit a support ticket:

1. 1. Send an email to 
   2. Call us @ 337-233-5010
   3. Submit a request on our website
   4. Submit a support request via the CBM icon on your machine
      To locate the CBM icon, look at the system tray (lower right near date and time)
