Situation

Their aging phone system was on its last leg and beginning to fail.  Phones would go down frequently for an extended amount of time and they were at risk for clients not being able to call in during the height of tax season.  The system was no longer able to be patch fixed. They needed to replace the system as soon as possible.

Solution

A new and affordable IP phone system was installed as a converged system.  The converged IP phone system provided cost savings by using their existing network and not having to run additional copper cables for the handsets.  CBM Technology trained the CPAs on how to use the modern feature sets that were not available in an antiquated system.
